Getting a recording permit

Media representatives are more than welcome at Copenhagen Airport. Agreements on visits and interviews with employees at Copenhagen Airport always have to be coordinated with the communications and press department. If you want to film or interview travelers or others at the airport, you must have a recording permit.

You can obtain the permit by contacting the press officer on duty at +45 3231 2800. Please provide the date and time, contact persons and a brief explanation of the purpose/story. You must be able to present the permit if airport security officers, the police or others ask for it. You will receive the permit by email.

Generally, it is easiest to work inside and outside the terminals before the security checkpoint. This only requires the recording permit mentioned above, whereas access beyond the security checkpoint requires an escort.
