American Airlines to begin operations to Copenhagen Airport for the first time ever

The world’s largest airline, American Airlines, will begin operations between Copenhagen and Philadelphia starting in the beginning of June, 2024. The route will be served daily until the beginning of October 2024 with a Boeing 787-9 “Dreamliner”, capable of carrying 285 passengers in a three-class configuration. Besides the opportunity to visit the historic city of Philadelphia, our many travelers will also be able to reach American Airlines’ vast network out of Philadelphia covering more than 70 American destinations. This is the first time American Airlines will be operating out of Copenhagen Airport, and we are profoundly excited to welcome them to Copenhagen.
