When you enter your e-mail and booking number below, you can view, modify or cancel your existing booking.

Good To Know

When having an
online booking at CPH

  • You may enter and exit the facility before your reserved times

  • You can cancel your parking and receive a full refund up to 1 hour before your scheduled entry time

  • Download your receipt as a PDF once you are inside your booking

  • With a booking, you can always enter the facility, even if it indicates 'Full' with a red marking.

View and edit your information

You have the option to change your personal
details as well as your vehicle information,
should you arrive in a different vehicle than
originally planned. You need to click on 'Edit
Information' within your current booking.

Manage your booking

You can modify the date, time, and parking facility
up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.
If you wish to change the entry or exit time, you
should select 'Change Date or Time' within your
current reservation.

When you change your reservation, your previous
booking will be cancelled. You will then receive a
new order confirmation reflecting your changes.

Arriving later than planned?

If your arrival to CPH for some reason is delayed then you can always extend your parking. Select “Change time of exit” and then change date and time.

Please note that it is not possible to shorten your booking after the parking has commenced.

About cancelling you booking

You can cancel your booking up until 1 hour prior to your booking commence. Go to the bottom of the page and click the red Cancel button. You will receive your refund within 5 business days.
