Competition terms and conditions

This competition is organized by Copenhagen Airports A/S, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark, company registration no. (CVR) 14 70 72 04 (“CPH”). General
CPH reserves the right to change the competition terms and conditions without prior notification; and to suspend or cancel the competition for objective reasons. Furthermore, CPH is entitled to exclude entrants who do not comply with the competition terms and conditions at any time. Decisions made by CPH are final.
Entry in the competition is not conditional on purchase.
What is the prize?
The prize consists of an easter egg from Peter Beier and a canister with easter tea from A.C. Perchs tea shop in Copenhagen Airport. The prize has a total value of DKK 400.00.
Who can enter the competition?
All can enter the competition. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
When can you enter the competition?
All entries must be received between April 5, 2019 and April 17, 2019.
How do you enter the competition?
You enter the competition via https://www.cph.dk/staff/news-competition-en. For a chance to win, you must state the number of easter eggs that altogether are hiding on the pictures in NEWS week 13 and NEWS week 14.
Only one entry per person.
The prize will be awarded to the first valid entry with the correct answer to the question, selected at random on April 26, 2019 from all the correct entries received by the closing date.
If you win…
There is one winner of the prize.
The winner will be notified by April 26, 2019 via the email address, which was given when entering the competition. In this email, the winner will receive further instructions on how to collect the prize.
By entering the competition, you accept that your name will be made public on the media, CPH uses, including in the NEWS newsletter.
The prize cannot be transferred to others, nor changed into cash or other products. If events occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond CPH’s reasonable control, another prize of the same value will be awarded.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by return e-mail no later than May 6, 2019 (within 10 days after awarding of the prize), otherwise CPH reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner.
CPH undertakes no responsibility for the award; neither responsibility for defects nor product liability etc.

Governing law and jurisdiction
This competition is governed by Danish law and any dispute arising must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
