Terms and conditions for the use of the CPH app

This app is owned and run by Copenhagen Airports A/S (“CPH”), Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark, company registration number: 14 70 72 04.
When you use the app, the terms below apply. If you cannot accept these terms, we ask you kindly to delete the app and refrain from using it.
Information provided in the app
Information in the app is provided “as is” and with the purpose of providing information. CPH aims to keep all information up to date, but we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness and accuracy of the information.
Property rights
All content in the app is as a starting point the property of CPH and is protected by intellectual property laws. Therefore, you may only use the app in compliance with the legal rights appointed to you by the law. Any other use requires prior written approval of CPH.

CPH shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the app, or from actions based on the information on the app.
CPH disclaims any and all liability for damages and injuries of any kind arising from the use of the app. This limitation also includes any damages or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to or use of the app.
Any links to third party websites are provided solely as a service to the users of the app. CPH has no responsibility or control over the content or operation of such websites and shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from such content or its operation.
CPH reserves its right to alter, modify, substitute or delete any part of the content, and may restrict access to, or discontinue distribution on, the app at any time and at its sole discretion.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the terms shall, if it cannot be solved amicably, be settled by the City Court of Copenhagen.
