General specifications
All office leases comprise one or more interconnected offices. All office rental spaces are equipped with appurtenant or adjacent kitchen/kitchenette and toilet.
- We can provide staff parking in one of our parking facilities adjacent to the terminals.
- We can provide the set-up of IT and phone cabling as well as subsequent operation of these.
- We can provide competent cleaning staff to take care of the cleaning of the leased premises.
Condition
The leased premises will be refurbished at take-over unless otherwise agreed. This means that the all paintable surfaces of the leased premises will be cleaned and painted and new flooring will be laid. The leased premises will be taken over with no deficiencies and with all installations in good useable condition.
Other Terms
The tenant is only permitted to operate an aviation related business from the leased premises, and this business must relate to the tenants undertaking at Copenhagen Airport.
