WIFI Terms and Conditions

1. General
The WiFi network is provided by Københavns Lufthavne A/S, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, Company registration no. (CVR-nr.) 14 70 72 04 (hereinafter ”CPH”), which can be contacted at kundeservice@cph.dk and +45 3231 3231.
2. Access to the network
The terms must be accepted in order to access the WiFi network in Copenhagen Airport.
The WiFi network is free of charge for persons in Copenhagen Airport in connection with a flight departure or flight arrival. Any other use will result in the blocking of the Wifi access, e.g. if lessees, shops or airline companies use the WiFi network.
2. Liability for the network
CPH strives towards keeping the information of the network complete, correct and updated. Any errors will be corrected as far as possible. CPH is not liable for damages or loss that may arise in connection with use of the WiFi network, including indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of interests, loss of expenditure cuts or loss of data etc.
CPH cannot be held liable for the lack of access to the WiFi network, and the user cannot demand any kind of financial compensation for this.
3. Use of the network
As a user you are obliged to not upload, download, transfer or access material with illegal, discriminating, evil-minded, indecent, pornographic, insulting or hateful content or content that violates other's rights.
It is not permitted to use the WiFi network in connection with criminal or civil law violations of acts, administrative regulation or other public rules, including theft or infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other kinds of intellectual rights; fraud; forgery; theft and abuse of financial means, credit cards or personal information; and threats of physical damage or harassment.
CPH can expel users acting against the present terms from gaining access to the WiFi network. Moreover, at their discretion CPH reserves the right to expel users from gaining access to the WiFi network, if CPH finds it necessary to protect its interests.
4. Creation of profile at the WiFi network
You must type in a number of information in connection with log-on to the WiFi network, including email address,
CPH has the option to save information about your device (notebook, mobile/smartphone) the first time you get access to the WiFi network so that you subsequently are automatically logged on the WiFi network. If you use a new device you will be asked to log on again.
5. How CPH processes your information
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice.
6. Use of cookies

7. Amendment of the terms
The terms may be amended by CPH without notice. The terms in force at any time can be found here: http://www.cph.dk.
8. Choice of law and jurisdiction
The present terms are subject to Danish law.
Any conflict that may arise in connection with the present terms must be brought before the Danish courts and must be filed for the competent court at CPH's place of business. Consumer jurisdiction rules apply in cases between CPH and consumers.
