Securing sound management
Corporate governance is a collective term referring to the system of approaches and initiatives involved in the sound management of large companies. The purpose of corporate governance is to support value creation and accountable management, and thus to contribute to long-term success.
The Board of Directors of CPH regularly assesses the recommendations on corporate governance issued by the Committee on Corporate Governance. The Committee's recommendations are best practice guidelines for the management of companies admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
