Commercial purposes
If you wish to use the airport as location for recordings of a more commercial nature, such as advertising or film productions, you must enter into an agreement with Copenhagen Airport's VIP service. You can use the form at the bottom of this page to submit an inquiry or contact the VIP service at +45 3231 2200.
General terms and conditions
- Access to the restricted areas of the airport requires that everyone brings valid photo identification, which is kept in the access registration during the visit.
- It is not allowed to bring weapons, knives of any kind, or other items that could be used for an illegal act against civil aviation.
- A location fee of 1,200 DKK + VAT per started hour is charged for all areas in Copenhagen Airport.
- If CPH provides staff for assistance, a fee of 800 DKK + VAT per started hour per assistant is charged.
- If the recording requires the use of a CPH car, an additional fee of 400 DKK + VAT per started hour is charged.
- Access to the transit area and other security areas of the airport must be through one of the airport's security controls or guards.
- Filming in or against the security checkpoint and/or other guards is not allowed.
- Prior permission from the police and the Danish Customs Agency is required if passport control or customs clearance is included in the recording.
- The companies and individuals from the airport who may appear in the images should be aware of this. The photographer/film crew must have permission from those appearing in the images. CPH is not responsible for this.
- If the recording requires filming/photography in shops, restaurants, cafes or the duty-free shop, separate permission must be sought from the owners of these places.
- The permission does not include the check-in area or the gate area. Here, the company responsible for check-in must give separate permission.
- Under no circumstances should the recording be a nuisance to the airport's daily operations, which includes not setting up cameras, lighting equipment, etc. in the walkways used by passengers.
- The airport's luggage carts and/or carry-on luggage carts may not be used for equipment or similar. If the recording requires carts for equipment, they must be equipped with black rubber wheels.
- Walking in Copenhagen Airport is at your own risk.
- All inquiries and orders from the authorities in the airport must be followed.
- If traffic or other conditions require it, the recording may be interrupted by CPH without notice. Similarly, CPH may stop the recording if the general provisions are not complied with.
