Policy
The remuneration policy describes the overall principles that will be used to set up and manage the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management. The policy has been designed to provide incentives for the continued positive performance of Copenhagen Airports and accordingly strong value creation for our shareholders.
The remuneration policy was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2024.
